Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026. Flasho Delivery ("Flasho", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy applies to customers, merchants, vendors, and anyone who uses the Flasho app, website, or marketplace.

1. Information we collect

• Contact & account details — name, phone number, email, and address, when you book a delivery, sign up as a merchant, or create an account.
• Order & payment information — pickup and drop-off details, order contents (as declared), and payment or cash-on-delivery amounts.
• Location data — your device's location while a delivery is in progress, so we can show live tracking and route our riders.
• Device & usage data — app and browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the app and website.

2. How we use your information

• To create, assign, and deliver your order, and to collect or settle cash on delivery.
• To show live tracking and proof of delivery, and to contact you about your order.
• To provide customer support, including through our live chat.
• To improve the app, website, and delivery service, and to send service updates or, with your consent, marketing messages.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies, including:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand site usage.
• Meta (Facebook) and TikTok pixels, to measure and improve our ads.
• OneSignal, to send push notifications you can opt out of in your device or browser settings.
• Intercom, to power our live chat and support widget.
• A language-preference cookie, to remember whether you viewed the site in English or Arabic.

You can block most cookies in your browser settings, though some features — like staying signed in — may not work as well.

4. Sharing your information

• Riders & couriers — to pick up and deliver your order.
• Merchants & vendors — including vendors on a Flasho marketplace, who receive the order details needed to prepare and fulfill your purchase.
• Independent partner brands — when you order from a brand that only uses Flasho for delivery, we share what's needed to complete that delivery; see section 5.
• Service providers — payment processors, and tools like Intercom and OneSignal, that help us run the service.
• Legal & safety — when required by Kuwaiti law, or to protect the safety of our riders, customers, or property.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Marketplace & partner brand data

The Flasho Shop and some of our other brands are marketplaces that list products from multiple vendors; independent partner brands only use Flasho for delivery. In both cases, the vendor or brand only receives the order information needed to prepare, package, or fulfill your purchase, and is separately responsible for how it handles that data under its own privacy practices. Contact that vendor or brand directly about data they hold on their own systems.

6. Data retention

We keep order, delivery, and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop receiving marketing messages. Email [email protected] or call +965 6005 2278; we will verify your identity before acting on the request.

8. Children's privacy

Flasho is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep your account details confidential.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
